Our project is a high concept horror film titled Their House. The plot follows a group of college kids who want nothing more than to throw parties in their new house, but are plagued by the evil spirits that haunt the place. Think of it as The Shining meets Animal House.
We have producers in Hollywood that are interested in the project and are asking for a proof of concept style short. After we show them the completed project, we have a greater chance of getting further funding to turn the project into a feature film.
So far, we've raised a little over $2,500 and we're currently asking for an additional $3,000. The funds will be going towards top notch special/makeup effects and for editing the project in post production. Regardless of final budget, our project will commence shooting on Saturday, February 2nd.
We would be forever grateful for any bit of funding provided to us. Our chances of creating a feature film have never been higher and you can help us meet our goal!
If you'd like to help out in other ways, we're looking for anyone who'd like act as extras in the project as well.
