Help Theiya Youth Dance reach their DESTINATION!

Theiya Arts Youth Dance Group has been selected to take part in the National Youth Dance Platform DESTINATIONS, at Eden Court Theatre, Inverness, in February 2023.

These incredible Edinbugh-based, young dancers have been training in Bharatanatyam (an Indian classical dance form) for between 4 and 7 years. Now as Theiya Youth Dance, they have started their journey as young dance artists, exploring choreography, and their own individual and collective artistic path.

We, their teachers at Theiya Arts, have known these young dancers from a very early age. We have witnessed their commitment to the Arts, and we are supporting them to take the next step in their dance journey.

Our young dancers are playing a key role in making Indian classical dance a vibrant and visible part of the Scottish dance landscape. We are so proud of them for being selected for Destinations 2023, and want to help them have all the support they need to get to their DESTINATION!
