On Friday, February 3rd, the Atlantic Sunrise fracked-gas pipeline was approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in a last minute decision.
This week, residents of Lancaster County, PA will release a national call to action in which they announce an encampment to nonviolently block the construction of the Atlantic Sunrise pipeline.
The residents of Lancaster County are prepared to stand up to a rigged system of government that favors big business and billionaire interests over the people and planet. We believe that we can and will stop this pipeline through people-powered nonviolent mass action.
But we need your help. Will you donate to support our encampment? We need funding to buy adequate supplies to prepare for a long-term encampment in the middle of the winter.
