Thelma Williams: A Life Well Lived and Deserving of Love

My name is Suequeena Diane Williams and my husband's name is Kenneth Williams. We currently reside in Texas. On Sunday, August 18, 2024, life as we know it was changed forever. We received a call from one of my husband's cousins informing him that his beloved mother, Thelma Williams (92), was found deceased in her residence. Because she lived alone, she was assumed to be dead for over a week. The more detail we receive about this situation, the more our heart breaks.

Because my husband is her only child, we must go to Brooklyn, New York, to settle her affairs and lay this beautiful soul to rest. We have no idea what kind of insurance (if any) Mom has and what other items we are required to sort out. We trust and believe fully in God and stand on the fact that he will make a way for us.

If you knew Mrs. Thelma, you would have loved her! She always had a kind word, a smile, and her infectious laugh will be forever missed. We are just devastated by her passing and her four grandchildren are also deeply affected by the loss.

We are planning to leave within a few weeks to handle her final arrangements as well as clear out her apartment.

This will be quite an expense and we are asking for donations to help of any size. Whatever is given, we are asking God to bless you 100 fold for your kindness.
