The Mustard Seed Project

Hello, my name is Marcella Thompson. For the past 3 years I have been helping to feed and clothe the children in my neighborhood. Up until now I have been paying for the needed supplies out-of-pocket. But resources are limited and there is so much I want to do for these kids. We need your help. I have started a new adventure, called "The Mustard Seed Project". Just like the Bible says, I believe a little bit of faith can move mountains. We are hoping for donations from people like you to help improve the lives of these children.
So far, we have been able to provide a safe place for these children to eat meals and do fun activities on a daily basis. Your money would go towards purchasing supplies and tools needed to progress our project forward. More clothing in particular is needed as most of the children don't have enough basic clothing, nor hygiene supplies.
Many of our families —most of which are lead by single mothers— lack the money needed to make ends meet, and aren't able to purchase necessary household items. Another one of our future goals we are hoping to achieve is to acquire the apartment unit next door to ours so we can turn it into a tutoring center, complete with computers.
