Theo approached her life and work with passion, humility, heart, integrity, humor and compassion. Theo was one of the warmest and most caring people you could know, and was an authentic and dedicated advocate for equity and justice. Theo was a rock for their family, friends and coworkers — always providing balance, calm and perspective and going out of her way to take care of the people around her.

Theo's warmth and impact on everyone around her has been really clear from the outpouring of support and messages Theo's work team has received, with so many people asking how they can support the services and Theo's family.
