Theo's Medical and Prescription Bills

I never thought I would have to do this, but I am drowning in medical bills and prescription costs. Many of you do not know, but I suffered a heart attack last year. Along with this, I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and several other issues. Graves Disease gives me hyperthyroidism which causes me many issues. I have had a few milder heart-related episodes since. I have not been able to see most of my specialists for months. My medication management and bloodwork cost $400 per month by themselves. I have struggled to find work with insurance that would accommodate my needs. I am financially crippled and don't know what else to do but ask friends for help. Please help if you are able. I am just trying to survive and apologize for having to put all this out in public.
