There is no two for one sale;

especially when it comes to surgery. Hi, my name is Milo and I arrived at Pet Patrol from a family home that did not want to give me up. I came with my buddy, and we got along just fine, and we thought this was our forever home but then things changed. I hear this happens in people’s lives. It took a little while for my family to take us to Pet Patrol and right into our foster home where they noticed that I was limping. Initially wondering if it was a minor sprain from jumping and landing wrong it was monitored but I did not get better. So, I was taken to the vet where they did x-rays and sure enough it’s more serious. I have a degenerative disease that works through the bones at the top of my femur and makes a very weak link to the ball of my femur. So essentially the ball must be removed, and my muscles will become the hip joint. This is in both legs. Darn! I am going to need special surgery on one leg and then about four months later on the other leg. It’s not common that you see this in a cat or a dog but here I am! So, Patrol is asking for your help. They have a lot of cats right now needing specialized surgery and because they’re not funded anyway except by donations, we kitties need your help. I am a beautiful boy; I have a great personality and I know that Pet Patrol is doing their very, very best for me. So please could you donate so that I can have one leg done now and then I will let you know how I’m doing and we will try another fundraiser for my other leg. I will do fine. I will be healthy, I will be happy and I will be able to climb my climber and run after toys again because of you.
