Aloha, everyone. It's Letty, Theresa’s cousin. As we navigate the loss of Theresa, particularly for her three children, my heart weighs heavy. Theresa's unwavering commitment against domestic violence defined her existence, leaving a profound impact, especially on women who found strength through her advocacy, volunteerism, and support. Regrettably, Theresa's life was tragically cut short on December 22, 2023, in the presence of her youngest child when she was gunned down by her estranged husband.

Now that we've laid this beautiful soul to rest, our focus shifts to supporting and uplifting her three children, left shattered by the loss of their beloved mother. We remain steadfast in creating a nurturing environment for them, honoring her memory by ensuring their well-being and fostering growth.

The funds raised through this campaign will directly contribute to the care and well-being of Theresa's children, covering essential daily expenses, therapy to help them navigate through this difficult time, and other crucial needs. The outpouring of love and support from the community is deeply appreciated. Contributions, whether large or small, play a vital role in helping us fulfill this mission.

Hi this is Tyzen Theresa’s Son.

My mom was struggling and holding so much weight on her shoulders but she never allowed her burdens to stop her from attempting to provide a comfortable life, nor did it stop her from trying to get us out the hole that only continued to get deeper. My mom renewed her esthetician license right before she passed. She had planned to rebrand her business name and relaunch her beauty line. I could finally see progress and freedom in my moms face, we continuously supported her and encouraged her to keep going. We never had much but we had each other, my mom tried to free herself for the sake of her children but unfortunately her efforts couldn’t stop such a tragic event that we as a family are left to face and we are asking for your help. My mom was in the process of taking the necessary legal steps in order to protect myself, my siblings, and herself. She had plans set in place in order to provide us with financial stability and opportunities we weren’t able to achieve while she was attempting to dig herself out of the dark place that she was in. As the eldest of my moms children I am asking for our communities support whether it be emotionally, physically, or financially. Thank you
