A great friend of mine Theresa Jaworski was recently diagnosed with a Glioma tumor in her brain that requires surgery.
I worked with Theresa in the Open Heart unit at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden for the past 15 years, She changed jobs in February 2020 & now works at Jefferson Surgery Center in Washington Township
Theresa took a leave of absence after breaking her foot in the summer. Upon returning to work, she began having seizures forcing her to take another leave of absence. She has since suffered multiple seizures and loss of balance. Taking 2 leaves of absence so close together and moving to a new job has exhausted her PTO.
Aside from being an incredible nurse, she is also an avid runner with multiple medals, a dedicated wife and mother of 2 boys. She is scheduled for brain surgery on December 11th. Her husband & her 2 sons take care of her at home.
Everyone has been affected by this pandemic but any support you can extend her and her family is greatly appreciated. This Fund Me Page is created to help her pay her bills and mortgage for at least 3 months until she can get back on her feet.
