Theresa Strong ~ Cancer Fundraiser

On June 22nd, Theresa was driving and suddenly felt her face drooping, started having difficulty breathing and impaired speech. She was rushed to the hospital where they did multiple tests and found tumors in her brain and lungs. During her time in the hospital, they performed a craniotomy to remove the tumor from her brain and later performed a lung biopsy. After 8 days in the hospital, she was finally discharged.
She was later diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer.
The Sallinger family will find out more about a treatment plan for her lungs on Monday July 27th.
For now, they are beginning radiation on her brain on Friday, July 24th.
