Help me become a New City Fellow!

After four semesters at Southeastern Seminary, I realized that getting a Masters in Christian Studies would not help me succeed in corporate America! I often got blank stares when I told classmates I did not want to work in a church. While attending seminary, I worked a full-time job in Tech and did not want to leave my job. I always knew my mission field would be my place of employment. I attended seminary because I yearned for thorough understanding and knowledge of the Bible and Theology. Pursuing a Master's in Christian Studies sadly did not fulfill that desire. I recently applied and have been chosen to participate in a Christian Leadership program called New City Fellows. The program seeks to equip young professionals to be gospel-shaped leaders. I'm excited to participate in this endeavor because I know this is where God wants me, but I need some help, financially.
It's difficult to ask for help, especially financial, but I'm asking if you will give so I can participate in what I know will be a life changing year?
The $2,000 will cover the cost of tuition for the program. If we reach and exceed this goal, all additional monies will be given to New City Fellows to provide funding for a minority applicant.
I thank you for your consideration and if you have any questions please them my way.
LOVE YOU ALL!
