They stole my dream. After 2 months starting .

My name is Sal. I am from the country of Jordan. It was always my dream to move to America and become a leader in the food industry. I have been a chef in America for 4 years. I used to work at middle eastern restaurants, five star hotels and more. I put in sometimes upwards to 80 hours a week just to make enough money and hustle for my dream of owning my own food truck business.

After years of hard work and sacrifice I finally put myself in a position to purchase my own food truck and mobile kitchen equipment. The total costed over $56,000, not to mention all of my time and energy to achieve my dream. I finally got all the paperwork done and was ready to open. I opened my food truck business and was providing amazing five star service and food for everyone that visited me.(Check out how my google reviews used to be)

I was providing my neighborhood with authentic middle eastern food on the go while at the same time fulfilling my lifelong dream. Everything was going great for the first 60 days until someone unexpectedly STOLE my dream, my livelihood and business right out from underneath me. I was crushed. Over $56,000 of material loss doesn’t equate to the 4 years of sacrifice that I had to put into this dream of mine.

The insurance didn’t cover the loss of my food truck business and now I have to start over again from scratch. Please help me recover from this devastating loss so I can get back to providing my customers with the best authentic food and continue my hard work fulfilling my dream as the owner of Midnight Grills food truck.
