Help with Medical bills and Living expenses

Hello my name is Chandra and I am raising funds for my boyfriend Terry Black. 4 days ago, Terry was experiencing chest pains and went to the hospital. They ran a number of tests and determined he needed to go to a bigger hospital in San Antonio for further testing to figure out what was going on with his heart. 3 of his arteries are extremely clogged and will require a bypass surgery within the next week. He does not have Medical Insurance and his Medical bills are going to be quiet a large amount. Terry is not able to work until he gets the surgery and is cleared to return to work. He is the sole provider for our family and we need some help to cover our bills for the month and into next month along with the medical bills he will have. We don't ask for help very often so writing this is not easy for us and especially for Terry. Any amount would be wonderful as every little bit helps us... Thank you so much
