It allowed me to experience God's calling and His unwavering goodness. I have moved to California and as I step into this new vision, I am still needing your support. My name is Thia Willis, and I am a passionate God chaser! Over the past six years, I’ve been in a deeply intentional pursuit of God’s presence. Through sacrifice and pruning, I’ve found a deeper, more freeing relationship with the Father. But I know my story is still unfolding, and there is more to my purpose.

The journey of pruning began when I was laid off in the spring of 2018. My life took a drastic turn, leading me to seminary at Emory University, even as I dealt with a traumatic brain injury from a car accident that same year. Before these life-altering events, I took pride in my independence and measured success by my performance. But after losing control over things I once took for granted, I was humbled and led to a deeper level of faith and submission. The spiritual journey that followed was unpredictable but full of grace.

Overcoming these challenges hasn’t been easy, and it’s still an ongoing process. Yet, God has sustained me—physically and financially—through scholarships, outpatient treatment, and the prayers of many. This season has transformed my vision, my heart, and my perspectives in ways that words cannot fully capture.

As part of this new journey, I’ve become more global in my ministry, serving on evangelistic mission trips to Europe and South America. In May 2021, I graduated from seminary, and I now serve in more diverse ways, expanding my ministry. God was calling me into a new season of training at a ministry school in Pennsylvania focused on prophecy and healing, which will better equip me for upcoming missions, from the streets of Baltimore and Pennsylvania to Virginia and even Brazil. I’ve also had the privilege of serving in the United Kingdom and Tanzania.

Since my last employment in 2018, God has supernaturally provided for my every need, and I trust He will continue to pour out His provision. However, to carry out the mission God has placed on my heart, I need financial support. Each missionary trip averages around $5,000, and I am raising funds to cover travel expenses, food, and accommodations.

The next chapter of my journey also involves entering the recording studio, where God is opening doors for me to pursue my singing career alongside established music producers. Recording music takes both time and resources, and I am seeking financial assistance to help cover these expenses as I move forward in obedience to this calling.

I have experienced God’s miracles firsthand in my life and in the lives of others. My vision is clearer than ever, and my new mission requires me to step even further out of my comfort zone and into what God is calling me to do. Many of you know that God has called me to sing, but for a long time, I’ve been running and hiding, naively thinking I could avoid it by focusing solely on missionary work. Now, I see that these two visions—worship and mission—are meant to merge, and I feel a holy urgency to respond. I know I am called to be a worshipper on an international stage—bold, confident, and with a voice that will minister to all who hear it. I am becoming a symbol of order, a monument of power, and a living billboard for God’s glory, even to those who do not yet know Him.

As a missionary, I face financial challenges, such as being unable to take out personal loans or show proof of income to fund God’s work. That’s why I’m asking for your support. Your financial contributions will help position me in the place God has anointed me for and allow me to carry out the assignment He destined for me before the foundation of the world. By sowing into this mission, you become part of the divine work. I whole heartedly believe in the principle of reaping and sowing. I pray that as you give into good soil, God will bless, increase, and multiply you.
