Welcome to the Thirst Trap Film Festival donation page! I am very proud and humbled to have you read my story and overjoyed that you would want to support independent film and help get this beautiful film out into the world.

My name is Chantal Massuh and over the course of two years wrote, directed, and produced my very first feature film called Thirst Trap!

After years of toiling away and saving all my pennies I was able to pull together an amazing film cast and crew. We truly created something special. The film is an artistic character study of a failed actress turned cam girl who gets stalked by an obsessive fan. If you're a thriller genre fan you are in for a special treat. We created a tension filled bubble gum noir world.

My personal credit cards helped push us through production and now I am proud to say we have a beautiful, artistic, amazing feature film. My total self funded budget already put into the film is over $30,000 in production and post production costs.

I have started recently started submitting to film festivals and have run into a financial road block. I have completely run out of any more ways to pay for this film's release. I have gotten this far on my own and am now asking the public for help.

I started this fundraiser page to help raise funds for festival submissions, marketing, screenings and PR for Thirst Trap. Festival Submissions have been costing $65-$120 and are adding up very quickly. PR and Marketing efforts have yet to begin due to the financial constraints I would also down the road love to hold my own screening of the film for cast and crew.

I have been going through this entire process as an independent filmmaker with no studio or investor backing. I have had this dream forever and it is so close to being complete. I want the world to see this beautiful film. Please help me and contribute today to this campaign.

Festival Submissions: $1,000

Film Distribution & Film Aggregator Costs: $3,000

Anything raised over $7,000 not going to the above will go to holding a private screening for cast and crew.
