For Evie ♥️

Hi I’m Rae and I am fundraising for my beautiful sister in law Lisa, her partner Trent and their amazing children. The family have just received the most tragic news.

Their little heart warrior Evie has just been moved from medical hope to quality of life care.

Evie has undergone 4 surgeries and multiple medical procedures in her two years of life, due to her having a pulmonary atresia with VSD and MAPCAS.

It’s a very rare congenital heart condition and Evie’s diagnosis is one of the most complicated examples of this disease.

She has been under the care of Melbourne’s world renowned paediatric cardiologists who have heartbreakingly informed the family that they are unable to help Evie any further and her condition will deepen for the years she brings joy to us all.

Evie has PTSD from her surgeries and the family is looking to bring a therapy dog into the family to assist with keeping her calm and regulated as well as add joy like only a dog can.

Dog prices have sky rocketed of late and in an ideal world there would be time to see the craziness subside but Evie is showing us all there is no time like the present and so I ask for your help.

If you have a spare dollar or multiple to spare it would be so warmly received by a family who deserves more then a share of goodness.

It’s been really hard for them all and they have handled this whole journey with so much grace and positivity, they deserve this so so hard.

I know we can raise this money and do a deed that is so needed. 

 ♥️ We have well and truly surpassed our initial target of purchasing the puppy and have now covered training costs as well as vet bills and food and all the other puppy bits and pieces.

So now we’re going for every experience a little girl could want to fill a childhood with.
