In Memory of Dani - Please Help Alex

Updated 2/10/24: Our beloved Dani, mom, wife, and friend, was removed from life support last night and passed away peacefully after a valiant fight against ovarian cancer. Only 28 years old, Dani leaves behind her 8 year old son Alex and wife Deidre. More than caring for herself, Dani cared for/about Alex. She was a fierce, loving mama bear who advocated tirelessly for Alex who is autistic. We are now asking for others to help us continue to support Alex by building a fund for his future. Helping Alex thrive is the ultimate gift to our Dani. Bless you for caring for Dani this past year. Bless you for caring about Alex’s future now. Thank you.

Updated 1/24/24:Dani Glick is a 28 year old mom who is currently battling advanced stage ovarian cancer at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. At 18 years old, Dani was diagnosed with a very rare, and extremely aggressive, ovarian cancer, Sertoli Leydig Cell Tumor. In 2020, the cancer came back. She’s now had 5 recurrences of the cancer in less than 4 years. Standard chemo treatments are not working, and she is running out of treatment options. She is hopefully eligible for a clinical trial that just started taking patients. Dani’s doctors are trying everything to help stop this disease from progressing further. Dani’s family (Deidre and 8 year old Alex) is physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted from the constant battle she’s been fighting these past 4 years. Dani’s family desperately needs our help with living expenses while she continues to battle this relentless cancer. They need help with rent, utilities, gas, etc., so please help if you can.
