This is mortifying but I’m scared

This is more than embarrassing. I’m Catherine Riley-Crandell. I have many health problems, including MS, Porphria, seizures and much more. I missed many months of work from hospitalizations & as a result, I could lose my place. I don’t want to ask for help, but I’m at a loss. My mum can’t help anymore as she has Alzheimer’s. I don’t want to lose my place. I am scared to death. I took it for granted that I would always have my upper-middle-class life, which is GONE for good. I have never been so stressed and scared.
