Help this Marine combat vet start a small business

Derek Hines was the little kid who every year said, "I don't want Christmas presents, give mine to the poor kids." Here he is (photo), a young man in war-torn Afghanistan on one of his two combat deployments as a US Marine, giving candy to poor children.
His combat mental/physical injuries took away his goal of becoming a PA State Trooper, and it's tough for our combat vets to adjust to a traditional workplace. He's in a long-term PTSD treatment program at a VA Medical Center, scheduled for release in early March.
He'd never ask for help, but I know his dream is to open a small business. He's a Penn State grad and a loving, devoted father to two little girls. If you've ever appreciated what our combat vets have gone through for us and wondered how you can help them, here's one that could use a little, if you can spare it. Thank you!
