Thoburn Twins

Many of you know our dear friends Adam and Cherie Thoburn and their sweet kids--Scarlet, Beatrice, Sybil, and Darcy. Earlier this year, Adam and Cherie found out they were expecting twins! After numerous scans, they found that the twins are mono-mono (they share the same amniotic sac and placenta). As a result, Cherie has been in the hospital under constant monitoring for the past six weeks, with a plan to deliver the twins via c-section on August 1st at 32 weeks with a long stint in the NICU. Adam has been balancing taking care of the other four kids while also working as much as able, but has had to cut back his hours significantly to be a present father and husband.
