On Thursday, February 25th, 2021 at 8:58 AM, Deputy Thomas J Albanese made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputy Thomas Albanese served honorably in the Marine corps, serving four combat tours from March 2001 through March 2010 and was highly decorated.
He joined the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in 2013, and was a seven year veteran, a dedicated professional and an excellent partner.
Thomas served at Men's Central jail, Transit Services Bureau, Lakewood Sheriff Station, where he was a field training officer, and Pico Rivera station where he served as a motor officer.
Deputy Albanese is survived by his wife of 12 years, Erica, and his two young boys.
Please contribute what you can to ensure that Thomas' wife and sons want for nothing during this excruciatingly painful time.
He will be greatly missed by all of us. Thomas, we carry on in your name.
