Thomas Chan

My name is Michelle Chan, and my father, Thomas Chan, passed away from complications from surgery on November 24th. After a bout of liver cancer, he was able to receive a liver transplant, but sadly did not survive the surgery. On top of medical bills, our family has now had to rapidly prepare for a funeral that we were not prepared for, alongside assorted day-to-day bills that are harder to pay due to the loss of income he provided to the family and the time our family has taken off from work to handle this loss. While the funeral has been arranged, this has taken an unexpected hit to our savings. We respectfully and graciously would accept any funds to help pay for the above, which would help the remaining family of his widow, two adult children, and a grandchild, prepare for a life with his absence.
