The Burnt Chef Project is a non-profit social enterprise fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable.
In support of this, 7 members of our TF family; Frank Bothwell, Kevin Steele, Mau Manglicmot, Anna Davies, Adam Hughes, Michael Goulston, Candice Webber and Jon Grima will be undertaking a skydive to raise essential funds for this amazing cause. It doesn’t end here though, this is only one stop in our plan to help The Burnt Chef Project pave the way for a healthier, happier and more sustainable hospitality industry.

That is why we at Thomas Franks have committed ourselves to supporting The Burnt Chef Project on their fundamental mission to reinvent the way we approach mental health throughout our industry.
All proceeds received by The Burnt Chef Project go towards providing free access to crucial support services for all individuals in the hospitality industry, including a 24/7 text-based support line.
No one should suffer in silence with any health issue and yet with mental health many feel they must.
We hope in supporting The Burnt Chef Project in the vital work they are doing that the support they receive doesn’t just help them challenge the stigma around mental health but instigates care and compassion as lasting changes in our industry, putting people and wellbeing before performance.
