Thomas Kremp

One of our own, Thomas Kremp, was recently diagnosed with two types of cancer, Chronic Leukemia (CCL) and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He has recently started chemotherapy and will face a lifetime of treatment.

 

We have set up a GoFundMe page on behalf of Thomas, his wife Linda, and their dog Ginger so that they can focus on making sure Thomas gets back to “Tip Top Thomas Self.”

 

Thomas has become a key employee with RMD Group, specifically Rustic Root. He was recently promoted to the AM sous chef, where his focus is on daily prep and execution of menu items- proving what a fantastic employee and colleague he is!

 

Thomas has been part of our unique San Diego culinary world for over 20 years. He got his start at Sheraton Harbor Dr and then made his way to sous chef at Stingaree. He also opened Bar West and Dish in Hillcrest.

 

After a brief move to Pennsylvania, he returned to San Diego and has been part of the Rustic Root/RMD Family ever since.

 

All donations will go toward covering the much-needed cost of living. At the same time, Thomas and Linda must take time off work during Thomas’ treatment and recovery- paying bills, purchasing groceries, and taking care of Ginger.
