Remembering Thomas Shultz

From my childhood till the day he died, my father was precious to me and many others around him. He had a unique, intelligent, and sometimes dark humor that not everyone understood. He was a neutral soundboard for my ideas and opinions. He taught countless people English in the Czech Republic and Mexico. I was never able to visit him during his last 6 years in Mexico. I never saw his living conditions or met his friends and those around him there who helped him every single day. This GoFundMe is dedicated to help me pay for his cremation ceremony, but I pray that it will also be enough to allow me to fly from Germany to Mexico so that I can walk in his shoes there, see the house he lived in, personally thank those who were involved in his last years, and consider all his writings and last words in earnest with time and focus. A final hurrah, connection, and send off. So much love to my beloved father.
