Help Thompson overcome EHE Cancer

Donation protected
Friends, we are reaching out to you today with a deep sense of urgency. Thompson Booth, a dear family member, loving husband, doting father and loyal friend, has embarked on a challenging journey to fight an ultra rare cancer, and we hope to rally together to support him and his incredible family through this difficult time.

Thompson has recently experienced progression of the rare cancer EHE (epithelioid hemangioendothelioma) he has been living with since 2018. EHE is an ultra rare translocated vascular cancer that grows from the cells that make up the blood vessels. Thompson first discovered a tumor in his groin which was removed successfully in 2018. In 2021 another tumor in his thigh was removed. Routine scans and monitoring showed no significant progression, until 2023.

In October 2023 a lesion in his lung was causing concern, and a decision was made to undergo radiation. Since the radiation treatment in October Thompson has been experiencing significant pain, impacting his quality of life and daily activities. His most recent scans have discovered additional progression and he is currently assessing treatment options and managing his pain through weekly appointments and medications.

Thompson has been on medical leave since January while he focuses on his health. The financial burden of medical bills and ongoing treatments continue to rise.

We are asking for all friends, family, co-workers, and teammates to help support Thompson and his family in this difficult time. Your generous contributions will provide much needed relief and allow Thompson and his family to focus on his health and not be overwhelmed with additional financial burden.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in their lives. It would also mean the world to us if you will consider sharing this fundraiser with your personal network.
