Someone blew up our pups mouth with an explosive!

Our Lifestock Guardian dog and pet dog Thor did not come home Saturday evening. We found him Sunday morning bleeding from his nose and making gurgling sounds.
We thought he'd been hit by a car.
Energency Vet said he was shot with a buckshot at close range.
We since took him to UT Knoxville to get faster care as Thor wouldn't eat or drink abd We couldn't give him his medicine and wait 1 week.
UT dentistry operated on him for 3 hours and put his nasal cavity and tongue back together.
He had a big hole through the roof of his mouth through the nasal cavity and his tongue.
Thor lost all his upper teeth and 1 canine and premolar.
The upper part of his nose bone was totally obliterated and only bone fragments remained.
They were taken out.
He has metal shrapnel logged in his nasal cavity, nose and tongue, which can not be taken out.
Surgeon said that someone had given Thor an explosive that detonated in his mouth as the debris went from inside to outside, not outside to inside like a buckshot would.
Total vet costs from both vet clinics came to just under $7500
We were able to borrow the money to get Thor treated and released home, but we need to pay that back asap.
He has a feeding tube to make sure he gets food, fluids and his medication until he can eat consistently by himself.
