Thor’s Cancer Fight

I have always been a dog person, 7 years ago I welcomed my first girls best friend Thor, a Great Dane! He’s been quite the character through the last seven years but is just the snuggliest mommas boy ever, and a decent lap dog despite his 150lb stature. He has definitely tested me as a dog mom by eating everything; clothes, shoes, food, phones, I mean everything, and yet hasn’t had a belly vet visit yet. About a week ago we noticed a lump on his paw, post vet visit and antibiotics and a growing tumour we now know he has cancer in his paw. He seems like he is comfortable but in the last week has began not being himself and the tumor has grown causing issues with walking and a lot of bleeding from the site. No other signs of cancer have been found throughout his body. Unfortunately vet bills are super expensive; medications, imaging, IVs, biopsy’s, surgery. We are hoping to cover some portion of our vet bills to allow him to continue to be happy and comfortable without the tumor to his foot bothering him any further.
