Those suffering with hair loss

Hi, I'm Janine! I’m bursting with excitement and pride and wanted to share with you, the launch of my new business; Roots to Rise, a ( soon to be ) non-profit organisation specifically created to help anyone suffering from hair loss for which the Primrose Foundation have been a big support by means of helping us with set up costs with money raised by their own fantastic charity.

I have set up this Go Fund Me page as a way to thank them for believing in us and helping us to begin supporting clients in this field. The Primrose foundation now send all their patient wig referrals to us and we have enjoyed starting to be able to make a difference.

I have worked in the hair industry for 30 years and have watched people with hair loss be either financially taken advantage of during such a vulnerable time or cancer patients receive little care or support on their hair loss journey or through their wig wearing time. This also goes for when the hair starts to grow back and the patient suddenly has hair that feels so different to pre treatment. I asked myself if Kim Kardashian or Joan Collins can look fantastic whilst wearing wigs why can't we all??

Both myself, my team and The Primrose Foundation share the same passion to help, in what is a very difficult and emotional time for those receiving breast cancer treatment and if you have been one of those people you will 100% understand why this partnership is so special.

Services and treatments will be offered via my current business premises, Spoilt Hair Boutique, 54 Vauxhall Street, The Barbican, Plymouth, PL4 0EL. We have a beautiful, private room where the discretion of our customers is always our priority.
