Honoring Jeremiah

In August of 2022, Jeremiah was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer. Following months of treatment, Jeremiah was then diagnosed with MENS type 2 in November, which lead to medullary thyroid cancer. Following this diagnosis, Jeremiah had his thyroid removed and is currently still receiving treatment. Jeremiah has been scheduled to begin clinical trials in January of 2023 with a new treatment option in the future. Jeremiah is a caring and supportive friend to all. Anytime Jeremiah walks into a room, his jokes can lift up anyone's mood despite the situation. Jeremiah is the definition of a true friend; he sticks by you through the highest highs and will console you at your worst. The goal is to spread awareness and help Jeremiah through his battle, so that many more individuals can experience the contagious smile he carries every day. MENS type 2 requires a treatment cycle. Jeremiah has been taking chemotherapy in pill form at home for two weeks, then gets a two-week break. Once his clinical trial begins, he will be receiving treatment everyday. Due to the regiement of treatment, Jeremiah had to quit his job and will not be able to work for the foreseeable future. The funds raised will be used to help Jeremiah and his family pay for his treatment, as well as necessary expenses; including food, gas, and bills.
