Hello my name is Bek, I knew the family of Charlotte’s very well through growing up with them… Hearing Charlotte’s life had been taken so tragically was hard to hear. But little did I know her immediate family (Late partner & Children) were going through a tougher time. Somebody had previously made a go fund me page to help the family and Charlotte’s children. But this was taken from them by Charlotte’s “next of kin” so the family did not receive the support at all. Even though they fought whilst grieving themselves. Charlotte’s family now don’t know where their mum is so there’s no place to mourn their idol or loved one. Please be assured this has isn’t about the money, it’s about getting justice for Charlotte’s late partner and children.

️ A Heartfelt Message for Our Community ️
December 1, 2022, will forever remain etched in our hearts as the day we lost Charlotte in a tragic RTC. Since that day, our three children have faced unimaginable challenges, particularly with our son enduring serious injuries.
Fast forward three years, and justice was finally served at the Salisbury court. But the battle didn’t stop there.
Many of you generously donated to support our children during this difficult time. Your kindness meant the world to us. However, it pains me to share that those funds were misappropriated. They were handed over to the funeral director and subsequently transferred to Charlotte's next of kin, leaving our children without the support you intended for them.
I took legal action to fight for what's right, but unfortunately, justice for our children has not come to fruition. I've encountered more setbacks, including their claiming a debt relief order—essentially letting them walk away without accountability for taking the donations meant for our kids.
I’m not trying to solicit charity again. I just want everyone to know the truth and how deeply let down we’ve been.
Recently, Rebekka approached me with a noble idea to safeguard part of our children's future. It’s a step towards healing, but the principle remains: how we, as a family, have been failed throughout this ordeal.
I share this not for sympathy but for awareness and understanding. I’m exhausted, and this will be the last time I address it. Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Your kindness and recognition of our situation mean the world. ❤️
