Three Lives Lost, Two Mothers Need Our Support!

On July 20, 2024, our community was shaken by a devastating loss. Donnell Hickson and his two children, Decir and Kyla, tragically lost their lives in a fatal car crash involving a Fedex tractor trailer. This sudden and heartbreaking event has left a void in the lives of all of their loved ones, particularly those directly affected; Keisha (Donnell's partner and Kyla's mother) and Martinique (Decir's mother).

As we grapple with this immense loss, we're reaching out to our community for support. The road ahead for Keisha and Martinique is unimaginably difficult, filled with grief and unexpected challenges. We're establishing this fund to ease their financial burden during this painful time.

Decir was about to enter into college in a few weeks. Kyla was very creative with dreams of creating her own cartoon show one day. Their loss is felt deeply by all who knew them.
