ThrillHouse Employees Need Your Support
Donation protected
Hello!
James from ThrillHouse Games here. On the 20th of February, a pipe burst in a vacant spot in our shopping complex. This resulted in our space being flooded, requiring the location to need to be more or less completely gutted. As such, we cannot do our beloved tasks of selling, trading, and fixing vintage games and consoles. I have zero doubts that we will be in good shape after the space is rebuilt or we relocate to a new one, but as of right now we cannot make any revenue...which means we cannot give the employees much in the way of work hours. The reason I am going the fundraising route is to get my staff any amount of money that I can, and if there is any left over to fund any improvements to the shop or replace any ruined fixtures while we wait for the possibility of restitution from the insurance companies. Our fundraising goal is set at a full months payroll including taxes for the entire staff, as we have been told that we should prepare for the required work to take that much time.
Make no mistake, I hate having to ask for any help whatsoever. But, it turns out I have more care for the livelihood of the ThrillHouse crew than I have pride. If you are in a position to help, it would mean the world to us. If a donation is not something you can give, then good vibes and well wishes are also welcome (find us on Facebook and Instagram for sending the vibes)
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. If you would be so kind as to share, we would truly appreciate it!
