Thyroid cancer, aggressive and spread 28year old mum

Hi I’m georgia this year I got diagnosed with thyroid cancer, so far I’ve had one surgery to remove half my thyroid, then found out my cancer is aggressive and spread through my body and either another surgery and radiation or radiation will start soon, I’ve had to take heaps of time off work and struggling to support my family and 8 year old daughter
