Tia's Surgery Support Fund

As many of you know, on December 16th Tia had to have surgery to address endometriosis that had been giving her chronic pain for the past few years. Her surgeon reported that it was the most severe case of abdominal scarring she had seen in her career - meaning that Tia had a very aggressive surgery to combat it. Tia is self-employed as a therapist and, therefore, during this recovery time, is unable to bring in any income. Due to pain before and after surgery and an extended recovery time due to the severity of the surgery, she is having to take off upwards of three weeks of work. There have also been additional expenses related to her recovery, like a shower stool and other adaptations for the house. 

We are reaching out to friends and family at this time in hopes of garnering some financial support in order to make it through these next few weeks. We want Tia to be able to focus on recovering physically and not have to worry about where the money will come from for this.
