TIC Restaurant Group Worker’s Fund

Donation protected

As the days of darkness continues during this COVID19 crisis, we wanted to set up a #SmallBusinessRelief Fund that will help the extraordinary staff that has helped create the Japanese restaurant scene in New York City. Our oldest restaurant Hasaki opened in 1984, our newest Cha An Bonbon just last May.

We ask that you help our staff who have been the heart and soul of our restaurants. We’re reaching out to those who have slurped noodles at Sobaya and Rai Rai Ken, delicately opened an omurice at Hi-Collar, kanpai -ed with sake at Sakagura and Decibel, discovered Japanese curry & katsu at Curry-Ya, seen takoyaki being made at Otafuku, warmed up with hot pots at Shabu Tatsu, laughed with our sushi chefs at Hasaki, and discovered matcha at Cha An.

Who knows how long this will last but we hope to reopen all of our locations in the future but that depends on your support. 100% will go to our employees so I appreciate you making a contribution, no matter how small.

My father has seen many things since the 80’s, AIDS crisis, 9/11, Lehman shock, etc. and we know one day this will be in the past. But until then, we ask for your support and prayers.

Stay safe. Sending you gratitude and love.
