My Story: Hey I'm Hannah Popey, I'm an 18 year old performing singer-songwriter. On April 26th, I will be hosting a charity concert in Conwy, North Wales to raise both funds and awareness of PoTS as I am passionate about spreading awareness of the PoTS UK charity, which is close to my heart. I have recently been diagnosed with PoTS after a long, frustrating journey of ill health. This condition affects my life massively and many others and people aren't really aware of it. All funds from this event will be going to the PoTS UK charity, various artists and volunteers have come together to help make this event possible. All we need now is you Come along for a night to remember!
