Tidwell Family Fundraiser - Loss of a Young Mother

My sister, Carolyn Janette Tidwell, lovingly known as C.J., was a firecracker of a woman.  

She made a home for herself where we all grew up in Visalia,  a small agricultural community in central California. She fell in love with her childhood sweetheart Cameron Tidwell at age 15,  and together they parented two beautiful children, our nephew Wolfgang (10) and niece our Juniper (5).

Carolyn left the earth at the age of 30 on Tuesday, January 5, 2020. 
 
The impact this tragedy has left on my family cannot be described in words.  The loss of a sibling is a sadness none of us knew was possible, but our priority right now is to ensure that we continue fighting for her by taking care of her two beautiful children and the love of her life, Cameron. The financial impact of a tragedy of this magnitude is overwhelming at minimum, so we asking our community to help us contribute to the lives of these kids futures.

*Aftercare and mental health services for an uninsured family
*Future education for the children

To be transparent, Carolyn was  Door Dash Driver and had no health insurance or life insurance policies set up,  as she was so young and living paycheck to paycheck.

They were displaced at the beginning of Covid and have done everything they could to keep stable throughout the last year. Their situation was difficult before and has grown infinitely more difficult this week.
