Tiera Washington is a 2019 softball prospect that has been ahead of the curve for many years now. Tiera plays 3b most of the time, but her versatility has enabled her to play 2nd as well as OF. Defensively she is stud. She is driven, solid, versatile, and her agility and focus allow her to simply never miss and always execute even when under pressure in difficult plays. She has a strong arm and great glove that allow her to be consistent and on target with her throws.
Tiera is as strong hitting as she is on the field. She normally bats in the second position with a very high on base percentage. She can hit from both sides of the plate which give her even more versatility to get the job done. On the bases she has instinct like few others. Her coach always has confidence in putting her in positions other players would not recognize.
She is an incredible young athlete that will go far at the next level. She has decent speed on the basepaths but is currently working to get faster. Tiera is usually the first to practice and last to leave and will instantly become the hardest worker on your team. Even when she is away from the ball field she uses kick boxing to increase her agility and stamina.
Tiera is a very mature young lady who excels in the classroom as much as she does on the field. Although she is currently in 8th grade she is very aware and dedicated enough to begin preparing herself to play at the collegiate level. Tiera’s hard work and dedication on and off the field will make her a great addition to any team.  She needs your help , so she will be able to play for the  All American Elite Select Team in Orlando, Florida July 12-17.
