In life, you meet all kinds of people. Some are kind, some are caring, others are strong, several are funny, and a few will bring joy to your world in every single way possible. If you were lucky enough to know Tiffany, then you know she was all of these things and more.

 

The glue for her sweet boys, a pillar for her community, the rock every friend needs, an infectious laugh that only she could have, and a mother figure to every single kid she came in contact with. She loved us all and our worlds will forever be changed.

 

Tiffany always rallied. She rallied in every way possible - both big and small. It’s now our turn to rally for her.

My name is Vicki Cagle. I am a close family friend of the Wheeling  family. Kassidi Weaver, Sammy's cousin, and myself along with her other dear friends are collecting donations to help Tiffany's family with the cost of her funeral and other medical expenses incurred from her fight against Covid. Sammy is not one to ask for help but he did give us his blessing to set up this GoFundMe. These donations are very much appreciated.
