Tiffany's Cancer Treatment Fund

***Update 3/2020***

In February Tiffany had a PET scan which showed more cancer in her right breast, right lung, lymph nodes in her left neck and some cancer in her spine. She had a total mastectomy of the right breast in late February. She is beginning immunotherapy with herceptin and perjeta treatments in March. These infusions will be administered once every three weeks for up to a year with scans every three to four months to see how she is progressing. She will continue with all of her other therapies of intense nutrition, mistletoe injections, supplements, essential oils, coffee enemas and several other holistic therapies. She has found a very supportive oncologist who supports her decision in the above treatments. She and her family remain hopeful as she continues to battle cancer.

***Update 1/2019***

In August, after 5 months of cancer treatment, Tiffany had a PET scan that resulted in no detectible cancer. However, in December another scan was done followed by an ultrasound and biopsy in January which detected a reoccurrence of the same malignant breast cancer. She will continue aggressive naturopathic treatments and continue following a strict diet along with other therapies. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for those who have given so sacrificially. Your contributions have aided immensely in this fight against breast cancer.

***Update 7/2018***

Tiffany is going into her 5th month of treating cancer with intensive nutrition, vitamins/supplements, essential oils, intravenous therapy of Vitamin C, Artesunate, Mistletoe and a few other therapies

She is four weeks away from getting a PET Scan to see how the cancer is responding to these treatments.
To date, the expenses she has paid out of pocket have totaled, $13,772 with another $9,000 in unpaid hospital bills for two surgeries, scans and other tests.

Please note as she continues her ongoing treatment, your generosity is greatly appreciated. The family is looking forward to sharing the results of the scan in September.

Introduction
Chemo is not the only way to fight cancer. However, if one does not want the health risks associated with riddling the body with radiation and chemo, naturopathic treatments unfortunately are expensive and are not covered by insurance. Traditional insurance will pay $100,000+ for radiation and chemo, but deny any relief for the exorbitant costs of organically grown foods and naturopathic therapies.

We are raising money for Tiffany to cover these unfunded medical costs as she receives naturopathic breast cancer treatment in Minot, North Dakota. Her husband, John, is working three jobs attempting to cover a portion of the additional expenses.

The Diagnosis
In March of 2018, Tiffany was diagnosed with breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma). She opted out of a mastectomy and had a lumpectomy; a baseball sized tumor was removed.

The Progression
Tiffany started Vitamin C and Artesunate intravenous therapy in May of 2018. In conjunction with these treatments she is on a mostly raw vegan diet to arm her immune system with the best defense to fight cancer. She is flooding her system at a cellular level with organically grown foods, essential oils and other therapies.

The Goal
To help offset the uninsured expenses and to assist with the $10,000 deductible, our goal is to raise $40,000. Any contributions are graciously appreciated. If unable to participate, your prayers are desired, and words of encouragement to Tiffany and the family are more than welcome. The Andersons fully trust in the sovereignty of God and are at peace however the Lord decides to respond. Blessings!
