Angel Mom Needs Help

While I would rather have a root canal than ask people for money I have to ask because I really need the help right now my situation has become desperate.
My name is Virginia Krieger and I am an Angel Mom, my only daughter Tiffany died February 2, 2015 one of 72,000 victims of the drug cartels in 2015 alone. Since 2015 we have lost approximately 250,000 American's to these killer drugs pouring across the border destroying families, lives and communities.
I am disabled disability fraud investigator due to an kayaking accident in 2003 with three separate failed spinal cord surgeries that have left me with serious nerve damage and functional disabilities.
While I did have life insurance for Tiffany, the Hartford Life Insurance company who was both my employer and my insurer denied my claim for benefits and I have reached the end of my appeals and exhausted all my options to appeal this decision. They have refused to honor the contract despite the Connecticut Department of Insurance telling them to pay this claim and I have no further recourse other than to sue; but there isn't a lawyer alive who will take a case where the damages are limited by law to only the $10,000 benefit amount. This is a total failure of ERISA to protect employee's enrolled in employer sponsored benefit plans against insurance companies misconduct and their powerful corporate attorneys. ERISA protects the insurance company from the punitive damages they should pay when they violate their contracts and damage those with employer sponsored plans, this has to change.
Tiffany's death at only 26 years old was not only a shock but unexpected, and as I am sure anyone who has lost a loved one knows, I could not wait for the insurance company to pay out her benefits to cover the funeral expenses. The funeral home expected payment at the time of service in order to do this I took out a personal loan to cover the expenses anticipating that the insurance payment would pay off the loan when I finally did receive it. This of course has not happened and since that date I have been overwhelmed trying to keep up the $400 dollar a month payments on the loan while still on disability income and helping to raise my two grandchildren left behind by this tragedy.
My anticipated return to work has been delayed much longer than expected and until I am able to have my final surgery and return to work this burden has just become too much for me. I've been using credit cards to buy groceries and now it's reached a point where my credit cards are all maxxed out and the interest on those alone is eating me alive. If I can pay off this loan and free up that $400 a month I can make sufficient credit card payments to stay above water. As it stands now I have no more available credit and I won't be able to buy groceries on credit this month or any other month in the future.
I now owe just a little under $9,000 to finish off the loan which I have been paying on since 2015. If you can help me pay this off and end this added burden it would be ever so greatly appreciated.
I will forward all money directly to the finance company to pay off Tiffany's final expenses and will be happy to share the loan information and billing statements with anyone who would like to see proof of the expense and payments toward this debt.
Thanks for your support it's truly appreciated. If you can't support me I fully understand and I appreciate that you took the time to read this.
I also have cash app at virginiakrieger1, paypal [email redacted] and can also take payments at Zelle at [email redacted]
