Tiffany & Juniper Writing Institute

I am so honored to have been nominated and accepted into the Juniper Summer Writing Institute at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from June 18-25th.  As many of you know, I like to spend my spare time scribbling or typing poems during the moments when my head is not in a book. It brings me so much creative satisfaction to write and I cannot wait to be around other people who feel the same. This institute will help me to learn more about the writing processes of others and be exposed to new styles in writing. I will also be able to explore the Emily Dickinson Museum. 

Tuition is $1550 total and I expect additional expenses to be around $1500. As I am a planner and want to be able to book my room and purchase a plane ticket, I am beginning to fundraise now. This money will cover my costs for meals, nine nights rooming, and transportation. 

Thank you so much for taking the time to read all of this and for all of the love and encouragement I have received from so many of you during my time in college. It has been a wonderfully transformative experience.
