4 years ago Dhani and I decided the only exciting way forward for us as Sushi Chef’s was to create our own space where we could explore food and connect with our already established base and meet new people on a broader, yet still intimate, scale.
We literally built Tiga from the ground up, and though it took us two years , we were continuously greeted by enthusiasm and support. We are SO grateful!
In January ,we celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary here at 43A Main Street, Port Washington, and in March Corona forced us to close our doors like many other entrepreneurial businesses.
We are confident that with the concerted efforts of good people we will flatten the curve and get back to business making Charred Edamame & Sweet Jane's as soon as possible, but until then we must all stay heathy.
