Tiling Tools Campaign

In 2019, twenty-five students from the Anba MòN farming community were enrolled into a vocational training school. The initial, funding was provided by Black Women's Blueprint (BWB). The students participated in seven different programs-Tiling, window technician, plumbing, informatics (computer literacy), tailoring, cosmetology, and culinary.
Our 1st Cohort- of (7) Tilers and (1)Window Technician have graduated this past January of 2021. This is a great accomplishment for these eight students who didn't envision this amazing opportunity in their future. Today, the tilers are enrolled in an apprenticeship program to sharpen their skills. They are in needs of tools to continue to practice.
We are asking for your support in our fundraising effort to supply each student with their own set of tools. In the above video, Luvens, Pierre Paul is sharing that he needs the ceramic tile cutter that will enable him to do his job, because he doesn't have one. "We need all the material of the trade in order to do a good job".
Vital Pierre Paul, further explained that someone had to loan them the ceramic tile cutter, but that it was difficult to get a loaner. He would love to have his own.
