Tilly Stewart Raleigh Costa Rica Expedition 2023

Hi, I'm Tilly and in the summer of 2023, I will be heading to Costa Rica with Raleigh expeditions (formerly Raleigh International). Raleigh is an organisation which brings people together to work on much-needed projects in Costa Rica ranging from supporting indigenous communities by improving access to clean water and education, to helping to protect one of the most biodiverse environments on the planet.

To help me raise the funds to be able to participate in this project, I shall be completing a triathlon in the next few months of 5km swimming, 50km running and 250km cycling.
