My name is Tina, I am Frank's sister. I am writing this on behalf of my parents Norma Jean & Tim •aka• Cooter. My brother unexpectedly lost his life last night. If you had the chance to meet my brother during his journey through life, he was an amazing man who could light up a room with his personality. He was an honest, true hearted man, and was sharp with his thinking, liked by so manyHe was always ready to help anyone, especially those in need. He loved animals, always helping the strays!! He was definitely a Mama's Boy, and did he love his Mama!! He leaves behind a beautiful daughter he truly loved, wanting nothing but the best for her. Unfortunately my parents were not prepared financially for this burden that was placed upon them.
