Tim and Heidi: Medical Expenses and Black Mold

Below is a summary of what Tim and Heidi are asking for prayer for and what your generous donation would fund:

After weeks of testing our home, testing for Heidi, and searching our whole house for mold, we found mold hidden behind wallpaper in a closet and mold in our basement. It has made Heidi very sick, so we are needing to take the remediation process very seriously. We are treating our whole house and sadly in the process we are losing a lot of items. Our mattresses, books, washing machine, piano, some clothes, pillows etc. We will be doing significant repairs on our house to prevent mold from ever coming back.

This is all incredibly daunting.

On top of that, Heidi has another jaw surgery in less than two weeks, so it feels like the timing couldn’t be worse.

For those that don’t know, Heidi had a major jaw reconstructive surgery in the fall and unfortunately her body is rejecting the plates/screws so they are getting removed. God knows the timing, and we are doing our best to trust Him. He has shown us this problem that was hidden for 2.5 years.

We have prayed SO many times as Heidi has suffered that God would show us what is causing her sickness, even if the answer is difficult. This answer is incredibly difficult but we would rather have a hard answer than no answer at all.

We appreciate any prayers right now. Prayers for wisdom, endurance, and creative solutions.

We are so blown away by the generosity we have experienced. It is difficult to even know how to express our gratitude. Thank you so much for all of your generosity. We have felt so loved and covered. We have fought so hard for Heidi to be healthy and for relief from years of relentless suffering.

This is just another step, and we are really hopeful that healing is coming!
