Tim and Jenn need our help!

Tim and Jenn have fallen victim to negligent and fraudulent lawyer and they need our help! In early 2018, Tim was in need of a lawyer to take care of a family matter that was presented to him. This matter started off as a simple and amicable mediation and slowly turned in to a life changing and gut wrenching existence.

After speaking with close to a dozen lawyers he finally found a lawyer that was willing to help. To their surprise this lawyer would take the last of Tims savings, not file any court work, never communicate with him and essentially run away with his money. Without their knowledge and due to this lawyers negligence and absence, the courts would proceed without them and award the opposing counsel tens thousands of dollars, garnished wages, loss of child custody and access.  This results in thousands of dollars paid out monthly. 

Tim and Jenn are struggling. They welcomed a new baby Harper in October 2018. Maternity pay comes at a minimum. Each pay they are reduced to selling items just to pay for the cost of living. Information has been given to them that Tims children are in an unsafe and negative living environment but due to the courts decision they cannot fight for their safety and well-being. 

Appealing the courts decision is a lengthy and convoluted process. It requires new trustworthy lawyers that are passionate to help, but this comes at a cost. The minimum cost to hire a lawyer for this type of situation is $10,000. They have contacted multiple agencies for assistance but have had negative results. 

They cannot continue to suffer financially and knowingly allow their children to be treated so poorly. 

Tim has filed complaints with the Law Society and is taking separate legal action against this fraudulent lawyer.  This extremely long process will only register this lawyer as a criminal and result in little to no financial gain. 

This is where we bond together and help our friends come out on top. They are paying thousands of dollars per month in penalties for what this lawyer has done and no relief is in sight.
